Meet the Host

Melinda Solares began her beauty career at Sephora in the Makeup Merchandising Department, collaborating with some of the industry’s fastest-growing brands to develop innovative new products. Her creativity and connection to community soon led her to Sephora’s Social Media Marketing Team, where she created tutorials for YouTube and built the brand’s first-ever Instagram video program.

Melinda’s authentic voice earned her a place on the inaugural #SephoraSquad, a collective of diverse, unfiltered creators. In 2020, she became Sephora’s first Latina Beauty Director and mental health advocate—openly sharing her journey with depression and anxiety to help others feel seen and supported. Through this work, she also stepped into professional speaking, where she has been invited by organizations like Harvard Business School, Rare Beauty by Selena Gomez's Rare Impact Fund, We All Grow Latina, and more.

Alongside her beauty industry work, Melinda began exploring clairvoyance after a psychic reading revealed her potential. Now a certified clairvoyant and meditation guide, she brings a unique lens of intuition and healing to everything she does.

Whether in front of the camera or leading a guided meditation, Melinda is devoted to honest storytelling, self-growth, and breaking stigmas around beauty and mental health—one conversation at a time.
